Market Stallholder Application Form

Calling on local photographers, artists, clothing designers and accessories, food vendors and entertainers to be part of the first Board Collector Surf Swap at Cronulla Beach.  

Please use this form to apply for a stall, applications are not accepted over the phone or via email. This is an application form only and does not guarantee a place.

Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions and also the additional Information Sheet for each Market to ensure you are ready to attend.

Applications can take up to 2 weeks to be reviewed. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

Cost:

  • General market stall = $150 per stall 
  • Food & beverage market stall = $300

The cost of a site is for a 3x3m space only - stallholders have to supply their own marquee (no pegs to be used on the reserve),  power, tables and any other equipment needed for your stall.

Food Stall Approvals *
If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must have a TFP and FSS. Please acknowledge that you have both by clicking the boxes below:
Agreement: I certify that I have read, understand and agree to abide by all the Board Collector Surf Swap rules and regulations. I understand that if I, or my staff, do not comply with the rules and regulations, I may be asked to leave the event site or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment or people. Additional information

Stall Details and Requirements: Stall sizes are limited to no more than 3m x 3m space. No equipment is supplied with the stall.  You must bring all your own equipment to the event including tent, tables, chairs etc. All stallholders are restricted to their designated space and must contain all stock within its space. Products are not to be placed in aisles or on the ground in front of the stalls. No A-frames are to be used outside of the stall space. All tents, umbrellas and shade structures must be secured with adequate weighted sandbags. No pegging is allowed. 

Power: Power is not provided. Stallholders who plan to use a generator must advise in their application.

Stall Booking Fees and Cancellations: Market stall applications are being accepted now. Due to the limited number of stalls available (50 in total) each application will be part of a selection process. If you are accepted, you will be required to provide payment of $150 payable immediately. Delays in paying may result in loss of bookings. Cancellations of bookings must be made by Monday 27 March 2017. Payments can be made via direct debit into Board Collector Surf Swap bank account. Stall holder fees are not refundable.

Stall holder Guidelines: All stallholders must not cause damage, make alterations or additions of any nature to, or carry out any damaging works of any nature to Dunbar Park. If any damage is caused, the costs of any repairs, making good or replacement will be borne by the stall holder. 

Electricity: There is no access to power outlets for market stalls. If you require power please contact info@boardcollectorsurfswap.com.

Insurance, Certificates and Agreements: Please provide your Public Liability Insurance (min $10mil) attach a copy via email.

Parking: We encourage the general public to use public transport. Otherwise there is street parking in the area.
